By booking or traveling with Seven Star Ticket Booking Express, passengers agree to the following terms and conditions:
* For any complaints or queries, passengers may contact our customer support team.
* Passengers are requested to cooperate with bus staff and operators to help maintain punctuality and smooth operations.
* A valid government-issued photo ID must be carried during travel and presented upon request.
* The bus operator reserves the right to change or reassign seats before or during boarding if required.
* The company shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay, missed connections, or inconvenience caused due to accidents, traffic conditions, breakdowns, weather conditions, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
* Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and luggage during the journey.
* One piece of luggage per passenger is allowed free of charge. Additional or excess baggage exceeding 10 kg may incur extra charges.
* Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and carrying prohibited substances inside the bus are strictly prohibited.
* The operator reserves the right to deny boarding or remove passengers found intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.
* Passengers agree to receive booking confirmations, travel updates, and service-related communications via SMS, phone call, or email.
* Passengers are required to report at the designated boarding point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
* Children above 3 years of age must have a valid ticket.
* Pets and animals are not permitted onboard unless specifically allowed by the operator.
*Cancellation policy*
Seven Star Ticket Booking Express offers refunds for ticket cancellations made up to 6 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, unless a separate cancellation policy has been specified by the respective bus operator. Cancellation charges will be applied as follows:
* More than 24 hours before departure: No cancellation charge
* Between 12 to 24 hours before departure: 25% cancellation charge
* Between 6 to 12 hours before departure: 50% cancellation charge
Note: Refunds will be processed through the same payment gateway used during ticket booking. The refunded amount may take up to 48 hours to reflect in your account.
The company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
